Mate: prefer an applicant with 100-ton license, engineering knowledge is helpful too.
Cook: practice your culinary prowess on our wood-burning stove.
Deckhand: haul on lines and manage sails as you keep the vessel looking her best.
Galleyhand: keep the galley running as you learn about food and sail handling.
